We are still working on addressing the root cause.

In the meantime, we would like feedback on the DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 8.3 M1 Dev Build ([8.3.1943.0 / 8.3.1942.0]) to check if that changes behaviour for you and unblocks traffic.
