Fixed for Ubuntu 20.10 and kernel 5.10.4 !
1. Do this:

2. On top of done:
Verify that file
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-evdidevice.conf
has
Section "OutputClass"
Identifier "DisplayLink"
MatchDriver "evdi"
Driver "modesetting"
Option "AccelMethod" "none"
EndSection
inside it!
3. Reboot.
4. MAY BE, you will need to run
sudo systemctl enable displaylink-driver.service
5. Profit.
