Default USB screen (ASUS MB168B+) not working on ubuntu 14.04 (logo displayed then black)
as for the title, I can see for a moment the ASUS logo then nothing

Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
Kernel: Linux 4.2.0-42-generic
