Currently running Ubuntu 22.10
I can reproduce this with 2 WQHD screens connected to my docking on

6.2.0-0.rc5.20230126git7c46948a6e9c.41.vanilla.1.fc37.x86_64
as well.
While the displays are still responsive and I can even game on them, the movements really do spike one cpu to 100%
