It looks like you're both suffering from the same issue that is resolved by deleting the following two registry keys:
• HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDriv ers\Configuration
• HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDriv ers\Connectivity
If you could try that and let us know what happens that would be great.
