I can confirm this verry annoying bug on Ubuntu 19.04 with the latest DisplayLink drivers installed. We have HUNDREDS of these docks (ThinkPad docks) in our organization... Fortunately not everyone is using Linux, but about 50 people are doing so. All suffering from this bug. Quite unacceptable. Go Fix Displaylink!
