Hi there,

(i already send a message to support, but maybe this can be solved by community)

Im trying to connect my mobile (Samsung Note 9) to my mobile display (Asus ZenScreen Go MB16AP).

It looks like my mobile doesnt give a shit about connections. as connecting usb C to usb C DisplayLink does not see the screen (even manually). My other phones (s10 plus, Xiaomi mi max 2) are working beautifully.

Things i did:
- factory reset
- it was complaining about the ancient problem that it was talking about "moist" and after a while i lost the ability to quick charge so i replaced the USB C connector on the phone.

Im hoping someone has had the same problem. maybe its a simple setting?...
