Hi Sky Angel,

I think this is happening because you're using an old build of Windows 10 but can't be sure. Can you look in the bottom right corner of one of the displays and it should say Build xxxx where xxxx should be 10240. If it is anything else then I suggest you update your Windows 10 version.

If it does say 10240 it is possible there are some Windows updates you need to download from Windows Update.

Let us know if you still have a problem after trying these two things.
