Can you check if installing the latest Surface Pro firmware and driver pack helps ? http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/downl....aspx?id=38826

I'd also suggest installing the latest Intel graphics drivers from here:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Sea...ng&ProdId=3719
