Smile [Update]

I decided to see if my DisplayLink driver is outdated and updated to the latest 1.8.1. (My apologies, you are right.. just typing and multi-tasking with troubleshooting just made me write the wrong thing)....

Reinstalled and shutdown. Power up and did pick up the secondary monitor. Sleep the computer and turned it back on. Seem to work.

Going through several more testing before validating that it was the driver. As the prior poster wrote (which I read after doing the latest driver prior to going to this forum), seems to be the issue.. outdated driver and validating my employer IT that it should not be an issue to keep on the latest (I assume at this point).
