Hello,

User reached out to us directly and we will continue privately.

However should anyone else have this issue on Catalina.
If you are connecting via USB-A make sure you are not running DisplayLink Manager App but classic driver. If you already have the App installed just navigate to Applications and uninstall it by moving it to the Bin - then install one of the classic drivers such as 5.2.4 available under: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/macos
