Hello,
I've separated. We can't really have a single thread for a version of Windows used by more than a million computers... To be useful and manageable, one thread for one subject.

Your issue with misalignement/notification is a known Chrome bug.

Often in Windows 10, the Display Settings will default to something other than 100% in the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items:". If this is set other than 100%, your alignment for the LastPass Chrome Extension will be off. Right-clicking on your Windows 10 desktop, Selecting "Display Settings", and then adjusting the size to 100% should fix the issue.

Updating Windows or DisplayLink driver won't have any effect on this as the bug is not there.

For LibreOffice, I suggest looking at the hardware acceleration options in the software.
I suspect they might wish to use OpenGL which is broken on Intel GPU drivers until Intel driver version: 15.60.0.4849. Updating Windows or DisplayLink driver won't have any effect on this as the bug is not there.
If that seems like it is the reason to you and should that driver not be available for your platform because it was blocked by your platform vendor, I invite you to contact them so they lift the block. If your platform is recent and you're taking the responsibility, you can apply the driver anyway using the manual process: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us...s-drivers.html

Kind regards,
Alban
