Could you try updating your Intel graphics driver, as the Windows 7 driver is dated Jan 2009 (before the Windows 7 release)
Graphics: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (Intel Corporation)
Graphics Driver: 7.15.10.1637 Dated 2009-01-16
This may help solve the problem.
