Hey everyone!
To answer my own question -- ASUS has released the MB168B+ -- a USB 3 (1920x1080) display at 15.6". It is more functional in Windows however, as the brightness buttons have been reported not to work in Mac due to some proprietary EzLink software (ASUS) not being ported. Other than that, it's another sure win and I'm probably going to upgrade (Hahah! Christmas
2014) from the Lenovo LT LT1421 (1366x768) for travel!
NB Make sure you look at the MB168B+, not the MB168B -- the
plus means 1080, while vanilla is 1366.
