In case someone runs into the same issue:

Installed 7.2, rebooted. Thereafter, one of my monitors continually blinked on and off like a problem with power, while not displaying anything. The other monitor was just asleep.

I'm using a Lenovo with Intel HD 3000 graphics card.

Solution for was to go to device driver, and found that the displaylink adapter wasn't under the USB section. Instead it was under OTHER DEVICES with question mark. I had manually click on update device driver for each of the individually, and the monitors came back to life. I still have one blinking (but with a signal, so I'm going to try a reboot).

Hope this helps instead of you wasting your time wondering where to go as well.
