What really pisses me off is that the problem is not resolved even when the adapter is unplugged, and the driver is uninstalled.

I am now forced to reinstall everything once again, and shelf the adapter until I hear confirmed reports of this problem being fixed. All my windows resize, 50% of the time I can't wake one of the 2 monitors up, and the only solution is to unplug and replug the cable into the video card. Do this enough times, and I'll damage the output on my 200$ video card.

If there was a software solution to reinitialize everything, I would be OK with that, not happy, but at least I could continue to use this.
