This is a result of a known problem with latest 1.2 Ubuntu release and 1366x768 resolution. We are aware of the issue and will be publishing a refreshed driver hopefully in a few weeks.
Meanwhile, a workaround is to try a previous 1.1.x release, potentially with newer evdi from GitHub for compatibility with newer kernels (but not newer than
https://github.com/DisplayLink/evdi/...719d1b6e9a7594 because of an API change that would be incompatible with the currently-released user mode component)
Cheers,
Michal
