I agree 100%. I tried emailing them SOOOO many times, and NO RESPONSE?!?! I pay to get a GOOD product that actually WORKS properly!! DisplayLink operates such a BAD business. Their customer support has to be the WORST I have ever seen. Even the other "bad" companies seem like they are perfect compared to DisplayLink. At least they could respond to the people who have purchased their product. Instead they abandon ALL mac users and ignore us. What a scam.
