I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 16.04.3 with all updates applied. I have gone through everything in the sticky at the top of this thread, but cannot get video output from either display port on the Dell D6000 dock. This includes the instructions here:

I have gone ahead and run the support tool and will attach the output from it here.
If there is anything I can try to get video output working for this dock I would appreciate the input.
