These monitors only have USB-C connectors - make sure that you actually use DP/HDMI to USB-C cable.
Like 99% of cables are USB-C to DP/HDMI (they are NOT two-way, but one-way) - they work from USB-C (source) to DP/HDMI (monitor).
You need DP/HDMI (source) to USB-C (monitor) - but these cables are quite rare and more expensive.
