You are correct, HP G5 is not a DisplayLink powered dock.
Dell D6000 supports 3 external monitors - 2 via DisplayLink and 1 via Alt-mode. So if you wish to have all three connected to the dock and nothing connected to the Mac directly then it should work just fine.
