Thanks for your reply James.
That is the same link I posted and had already tried both suggested fixes to remove FLxHCIv.
I have tried removing the programme it does not show in programs.
I have also run the sc delete FLxHCIv as admin it is not an installed service.
the installer is stopping on something I can't uninstall.
