I have gone through the troubleshooting page on displaylink. Made sure all my drivers were installed correctly. Then I ran displaylink's troubleshooting tool and passed the system compatibility check. I also ran the "gather information" tool but don't know where to send the zip file. the website

My problem is that when I connect my Lenovo laptop - running Windows 8.1 - to the thinkpad USB 3.0 docking station my laptop seems to run very slowly. There is a noticeable lag when I click on a file or program before it opens. And dragging things around on the screen. When I disconnect my laptop from the docking station it works perfectly.
