Hi Ruud,

Ok; so it's not an issue with VMware... It can't be true that the blackouts only occur on our XPS 13 notebooks... The support team now has many outputs from the diagtool. So in my opinion the information provided must tell them what goes wrong here...

I'm still very surprised why this can't be fixed soon. We have bought units which do not work! I hope that maybe DELL can do something for us to get this issue fixed?
