Very interesting...; I have had this same issue since newest update went out to PC's(laptops) on my network recently, where we also use ESET. The only "true fix" so far has been to uninstall Displaylink!
You also uninstalled ESET with DisplayLink installed and didn't have the problem?

I just started new job with new company in a new state, great place, but not quite the first issue I wanted to address in my second week!
