Update: I purchased a DisplayPort to HDMI cable and am now able to feed video from the D6000 to the monitor. However, the display resolution won't allow for 3840 X 1080, instead it is limited to 1920...

I have a recently purchased D6000 that doesn't appear to be feeding a signal to a U4919DW monitor via DisplayPort or USB-C. The HDMI connection does work.

I am having the exact same issue. HDMI is the only port that looks to work on my recently purchased D6000. I can connect my XPS13 directly to a U4919DW via USB-C without issue, confirming the D6000...
