I can definitely attest to the CPU Usage link. Lag is usually bearable when only panning between already open windows and such, but as soon as I start opening applications/playing Heavy video files...

I created an account just to confirm I'm having the same issues. Using a Dell e7450, after upgrading to Anniversary + 8.0 M1 mouse lag and stutter was immediately noticeable. I had no such issues...
