Issue is still present for me. Upgraded to 7.9...

Issue is still present for me. Upgraded to 7.9 Beta 1 and WHQL nvidia drivers and still do not have any recognition of external monitors.

Can't speak for ctoth, but the 7.9 Beta 1 driver did not fix the issue for me with the NVidia WHQL driver. My external monitors are still not recognized after plugging in. Only my laptop display...
