I don't know, it doesn't do it in Windows 7 though which has surround enabled also, so it must be something in the displaylink driver. I thought it might be Aero because it's disabled on Windows 7,...

Windows 8 artifacts
Got a USB monitor, works fine with Windows 7 and latest driver. In Windows 8 there are artifacts that appear sometimes, exactly like artifacts caused by too much GFX overclocking i.e. polygons...
