I seem to have fixed the problem now. Lenovo came out with a new BIOS release to fix "flickering"! I installed that and also installed a newer version of DisplayLink that came out at the same time...

only a temporary fix

Thanks James, I did all that and the display worked fine for about 48 hours (as it did the first time) then the random flickering and jumping started again (affects both displays). Haven't installed...
