I did the Catalina beta update today, and installed the 5.1.1 driver and, so far, it works! Thank you for posting your information.

Update: It gets a little worse

Updated to 10.15 Beta (19A536g) and now I no longer see the cursor on the monitor connected via DisplayLink. Checked the permissions for screen recording. Tried adding the Accessibility permission,...

With the latest 10.15 Beta (19A526h), I'm back to the condition where I can see a cursor, but nothing else, on the monitor attached via a DisplayLink model UGA-3000.
