I have contacted Diamond support and they unfortunately never got back to me.

Do you have any other recommendations? It is very frustrating having a product that is not usable!

In my case I do not think it is a bad dongle as there is still one individual that is able to use the device normally.

When we first got the product it worked for me and for everyone as it should....
