For future visitors of this post

At the end I bought the adapter mentioned in my last post and 'Yes' this adapter works with chip DL-6950 works with 2 monitors @60hz on Ubuntu, I'm happy for that :)

Devices drivers with the dl-6000 series chip can support 4k@60hz in Ubuntu 18.10 or later?
I'm looking for the 60hz support, not 30hz, and I want to be sure before buy a device to achive this using...
