everything works perfectly here with 0072 and displaylink driver 7.8.62277.0 on SurfacePro 1.
Had trouble with 0041 (hosed system). 0049 installed as upgrade. 0061 clean install. No problems....

After new displaylink driver pushed out by windows update on 10041, upgraded to 10049. Upgrade successful.
