It would be best if you could post logs from our Linux Support Tool - see the sticky post.

Can anyone tell me something to try?
I updated the BIOS. I test in Ubuntu, WIndows 7, WIndows 10 ... And only works the USB No audio, no ethernet, no screens. Is it necessary to do something more? Is it possible to is a monitor problem? My monitor only has a DVI connection, I'am using the Dell 3100 adapter (HDMI to DVI) Now, i attach the windows zip. |
I suspect you have a broken device. Logs from both systems show only USB hub working, but not much else. Does any other USB 3.0 device - e.g. a pendrive - work when connected to the USB 3.0 hub in D3100?

Yes, the USB 3.0 works fine, and I have a USB 3.0 HDD and works more faster than other laptop USB connections (2.0)
This is directly connecting the HDD to laptop USB 3.0 connection. I'll try plugging it into the Dell D3100. I will let you know when I test it. Thanks for all. |

I can mount de HDD USB and works well, I can browse the folders, open, delete, view videos, etc... In "System Configuration > Displays" I can view new "monitor" but appears as "unknow" |
