Display port and ethernet port not working; Dell D6000; Lenovo Yoga C940; Windows 10
 

Hi,

I'm having issues when connecting Lenovo C940 with a 4K monitor (Philips brilliance 288p) through Dell universal docking station D6000.

The laptop cannot detect the monitor when it is connected to the display port on the docking station. It works when the monitor is connected using HDMI. However, the monitor can only work at 30Hz. The ethernet port and the audio doesn't work as well.

Besides that, the USB ports work well, and the laptop is charging when connected.

I attached the diagnose report created by DisplayLink Windows Support Tool. Could someone help me with these issues? Thank you in advance!
