Dell 7390 Ubuntu 18.04 - DL5.1 - Crash with 2 screens

Hi,

Using the softwares mentioned in the title, I can't seem to have DL working for more than 10 minutes before crashing. It's weird because it seems that this happens when I'm browsing, and only browsing.

All the crashes so far happened when I press a link (not specific to any link, just normal browsing).

How can I provide information about the crashes for troubleshooting?

Using a Dell 7390 with a D6000 docking station.

Thank you!

What crashes? Is it X, are you thrown back to login screen? You could check the Xorg.log to verify that.
Our logs captured with the support tool would tell us if it's one of our components.

Thanks
Michal

I'm not sure what crashes. I just lose image on the two screens. My laptop continues to run fine, even though it "believes" the two monitors are still connected (mouse pointer still goes outside of my screen).

I'll try the support tool. Does it need to be used shortly after crash?

Added output from support tool. I'm not using the current setup where DL crashes. I'm hoping the crash was recorded somewhere.

If not, I'll run it again when using the D600 docking station along the 2 monitors.

Added output from support tool on the setup that is causing crashes. Just had a crash happen minutes ago.
