Hello,

My office provides flexible desks with screen, mouse, keyboard and networking through a Fujitsu DisplayLink.
My laptop is a dell 1700 Inspiron 15 with nVidia. It dual boots to Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04, with the latter being the default.

The keyboard, mouse and network are working as expected, but on Ubuntu the display remains blank.
The 'Display' control panel app shows no additional display.

I have version 1.2.65 as well as 1.3.52 both to no avail.

lsusb -d 17e9: shows 'Bus 002 Device 003: ID 17e9:430c DisplayLink'.
dmesg output:

But the screen remains black.
