Lenovo V15 & DisplayLink
 

Dear all,

We are running the latest release of Windows 11 across all of our staff laptops. We use V7 docking stations with the latest release of DisplayLink software installed.

Since upgrading our users to this new software version (11.0.2412.0) some of our users are reporting their laptop screen goes completely black, we don't even see the backlight.

Older versions of DisplayLink have been fine and it has only been reported on this new version.

Please advise?
