DisplayLink Forum - Destkop not recognised in Ubuntu 15.10

I'm running on Ubuntu 15.10.
I have downloaded the latest ubuntu driver displaylink-driver-1.2.65.run, made the file executable and ran it.

Output console seems fine:

Mouse and keyboard are recognized, only the screen doesn't show.

It seems like the desktop is not recognized. The screen remains pitch black.

Can anyone help me out please?
