Network very slow on Dell D3100
 

Good Morning,

I'm facing some problems with the ethernet connection, it is very slow compared to being directly connected to the ethernet of my laptop.
I got a Dell D3100 on ubuntu 20.04

I've tried both drivers with the same results:
- displaylink-driver-5.6.1-59.184.run
- displaylink-driver-5.6.0-59.176.run

Can you help me out, please?

I have attached the 3 files:
- 2 screenshots of networks rate transfers on both: connected to ethernet directly and also via dock station:
