USB Display device not detected
 

Hi,
I connected my Dell Superspeed Dock D3000 and it works only as a USB HUB, display device is not detected. I reinstalled, tried both DL and Dell drivers, no difference. "Generic USB Superspeed HUB (Code 43)" is showing yellow icon and message "The USB hub failed to reset." in Device Manager.
Please help! Thanks in advance.:confused:

Hi

This looks like a hardware issue with the hub in the dock. The USB hub is not made by DisplayLink. Please contact Dell about this issue.
