Displayport does not detect my portable monitor
 

Hi!

I've been having troubles connecting my usb portable monitor to my laptop. I have downloaded and installed the latest displaylink drivers but it does not detect the monitor and i also plugged it in the usb 3 port. I have check that the monitor perfectly runs fine since it connects and display on my macbook. I noticed that after installation of the displaylink driver, the driver itself doesn't show up in the device manager under display adaptor in device manager. Hope you can help me out.
