30fps at 1080p
 

Hello, recently purchased a WavLink UG39DK4. Everything works great except I am stuck at 30hz on 1080p. I have verified that 60hz is set in any relevant display settings, however I can visually tell it is not running at 60hz and https://www.testufo.com/ confirms that I am running at 30hz. This occurs via HDMI and DVI.

I am running an i5 9400 on a B365M motherboard. Windows 10 version 20H2.

I've tested the built in USB 3.0 ports, USB 2.0 ports, case USB 3.0 & 2.0 ports, and a USB 3.0 PCI-E card as well and all result in 1080p at 30hz.

The thing is, it works fine on another machine running a 6600k with a Z170 board, on Windows 20H2. 1080p at 60hz. That machine also has a dedicated graphics card.

Attatched are the files from the DisplayLink support tool. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

EDIT: Setting the monitor to my primary display fixed the issue - although this feels more like a workaround.
