Mouse flickering on primary screen - Ubuntu 16.04

From what I understand, there is a bug in Xorg (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...g/+bug/1278223), but only if 3+ screens are connected. In my case it happens just for 2 screens, which leads me to assumption there might be something wrong with the DisplayLink driver.

I am running iTec 3.0 USB to HDMI adaptor (DisplayLink) and wanted to connect external screen to Asus Zenbook UX330-UA on Ubuntu 16.04, unfortunately the mouse on the primary screen is flickering, the laptop is unusable for work.

I've contacted the DisplayLink support team and was asked to run the Linux tool to dump the logs, here they are:
