Can I display Bitlocker login on a DisplayLink monitor?
 

My laptop has Bitlocker full-disk encryption enabled, so I need to enter a password before Windows 7 starts. When my monitor is plugged into the laptop's mini-displayport, I can see the Bitlocker login prompt.

When I switch my monitor to the displayport jack on a Dell D3100 USB dock, I'm unable to see the bitlocker login screen. I think this is expected because the DisplayLink driver hasn't started yet.

Has anyone else found a workaround for this behavior?
