Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
 

i am trying to install the USB 2.0 display adapter DVI unit on windows 7 32 bit , but in my device manager it is appearing as UnKnown device with the above error code.
when i plugged in the the usb aadapter after installing the software the following error message came stating usb port malfunction..... tried another port still same issue.
any advice
