USB3 to HDMI Crashing

The drivers crashed and the screen freezes within 5 mins. I have tried changing usb ports but no luck. This is the error I get:

The device USB3 TO HDMI (location 0000.0014.0000.006.000.000.000.000.000) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

Hello,
We would need the logs to progress this and understand what is taking place.
Would you please follow the steps listed in my forum signature so my colleague can pick your ticket up and assist you?
Kind regards,

Any fix for this?

Hello,

This is also happening to me. My external screens will freeze and I must undock and re-attach.

I see the following in the event viewer.

The device Displaylink USB3.0 dock (location 0000.0014.0000.014.001.000.000.000.000) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem.

OS: Windows 10 version 1809 build 17763.615. New Lenovo T480 Laptop. Displaylink driver version 9.2 M0

In device manager, shows driver version 9.2.2057 7/2/2019.

Same issue

I get the same issue

Windows 10 version 1903 (OS Build 18362.329)

DisplayLink driver 9.2.2220.0

I have emailed in the DL support log bundle zips twice. One with default logging levels. And a second with the advanced logging enabled.

I was experiencing crashes on a dual-GPU multi-monitor setup using a USB 3.0 adapter. The latest Windows patch didn't fix things, but updating to the latest NVIDIA drivers seems to have fixed the problem.
