Dell D6000, screen on port 1 flickers occasionaly. Error logs in zip added

Hi,
one of the ports on the D6000 makes the screen flickering occassionaly. I need to know if the box is damaged or if it is a software problem. Unfortunately the logs which are created by the Displaylink Support tool are not readable for me. I updated the firmware of the box, changed cables and screens. but it seems to be always have to to with the port1 of the box.

I added the information in the .zip below.

Can somebody please read them and tell me what is the reason for the issue?

Thank you!

Same problem on my side.

Setup
D6000 + M1 air

DisplayManager v 1.7.1
MacOS Version 12.5.1

---
The flicker occurs more when a video is playing if the screen doesn't have any changing information the flicker decreases or stops. \

This is really bad and strange.

Can someone help?
thanks

If you have not already done so, I would suggest making sure that the latest firmware update for the your D6000 has been applied. It's available to download from here --> https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...-d6000/drivers

Note that the firmware updater only runs on Windows systems.

Hi,
Update the firmware, and installed the software again on my mac and did not work for me.

Everything work until a disconnect from the dell d6000, after connecting again the screen constantly flickers.

I really need a way to solve this problem.
Can you help?

Hey,

Had the same issues as you. In my case fix was to upgrade d6000 software and use a different display cable.
Have no idea what is the brand of the cable, but is one of the cheaper ones.

So now it's everything runs at 5120x1440 @ 60

Tested on:
M1 Max and M2 Air
DisplayLink Manager 1.8.0 Alpha
D6000
LG 49WL95C
