problem with docking station
 

Hello everyone,

I have a docking station (kensington sd300v). My problem is that the screen that is connecting to this docking station does not quit the sleep mode (it makes as no video input detected). The keyboard and the mouse are functionning perfectly and I have the latest versions for displaylink and the driver of the docking station.

Does someone has an idea on how to solve this problem?

Would you please collect the logs as described in the 3rd link of my forum signature?
Then, you can upload the ZIP the tools create here as only DisplayLink employees can download these.

Please collect the logs with everything connected as should be working so I can see the status when it doesn't work and should!
